How does the shipping process work?

We ship our items via UPS Ground, with or without Signature Required. You will receive a UPS tracking number once your order ships. Please note that delivery can occur anytime from Monday to Friday, 9am - 7pm local time. In the event that delivery is unsuccessful, UPS will attempt to redeliver two more times in the business days that follow. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, UPS will hold the order at a UPS Access Point for up to 5 business days.
